Vendor Application Information
- The deadline for applications is 15 August 2022. Applications received after 15 August 2022 will be considered for possible inclusion on the wait list for the 2022 Crown Jewel Bazaar.
- All vendors will be notified via email after 31 August 2022. You will receive an invitation email, a notification of being placed on the wait list, or a regret email. You will receive further instructions and contact information at that time.
- This application does not guarantee that you will receive all spaces requested. The Bazaar Committee will however, make every effort to accommodate your wishes. Maximum space per vendor is 36m².
- Every vendor must complete this application to be eligible for selection.
- Past participation in the Crown Jewel Bazaar is not a guarantee of future participation.
- Within 3 business days (M-F) of submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 business days, please email bazaarvendorchair@bavariacsc.com.
- Please note this application is NOT for private organization food concessions. That application process is separate and will be available online at a later date. Please contact bazaarvendorchair@bavariacsc.com if you have further questions.
- Only Home-based businesses that hold a current NAFI contract are authorized to participate in the Crown Jewel Bazaar.
- Vendor space fees are non-refundable.

- Wednesday, 12 October
- Check-in and Set-Up: 0900-1700
- Thursday, 13 October
- Check-in and Set-Up: 0900-1700, building closes at 1800
- Friday, 14 October
- Ribbon Cutting Ceremony: 0900
- Shopping: 0900-1900
- Saturday, 15 October
- Shopping: 0900-1800
- Sunday, 16 October
- Shopping: 0900-1600
- Vendor Check-out/ Clearing: 1600-2000
