Event Policies

For all events, both members and non-members are required to sign up for themselves, no later than than the RSVP deadline indicated on the event page. Anyone eligible for membership, per BCSC Constitution Article IV Section C, may only attend one function during the club year as a guest. Dates & locations may be subject to change. Please stay updated on our website and Facebook page for when events are announced. 

Events Cancellation Policy: ​​If a member or non-member needs to cancel a reservation for any reason, the members must cancel before the published cancellation deadline in order to receive a refund, unless stated in the registration that the function is non-refundable. Please note that refunds issued for payments made via WildApricot will have a deduction of the total cost to cover transaction fees. Any cancellation made after the cancellation deadline will be non-refundable. However, members can request to transfer their ticket to another guest after the deadline has passed. No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show. Please email [email protected] if you need to cancel.
