Membership Application

Please use this form to sign up as a member of the Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club (BCSC).

Payments can be made via PayPal or you can drop off an envelope in our BCSC letter box inside the Thrift Stores (next to the register).

For PayPal payments you will be directed to a payment information page after clicking "I Agree."

For cash/check payments please fill out the online application and indicate a cash payment, click "I Agree". Please put the fee in an envelope and indicate your name and email on the outside. Please allow up to 14 days for a response.

You may also sign up at one of our events, at a membership drive, or by contacting us at membership@bavariacsc.com.

SUB-CLUB INFORMATION
If you are interested in joining any of the sub-clubs the BCSC has available please request to join the appropriate Facebook group. You can find those groups linked to the BCSC Facebook page. A code to join the Facebook sub-club pages will be sent out with the Welcome E-Mail after membership payment is received.

BAVARIA COMMUNITY AND SPOUSES' CLUB POLICY & REGULATIONS
In accordance with Army Regulations 340-21, I authorize you to publish my name, address, phone number, email address, and spouse’s name in the Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club ("BCSC") roster and/or newsletter. I hereby grant BCSC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I acknowledge that it is my right and responsibility to read the BCSC Constitution and Bylaws, which are available to me on the BCSC website or by contacting the Club Secretary.

By becoming a member, I will have membership privileges for the Bavaria Community and Spouses Club. I will receive a
monthly newsletter with information about BCSC’s monthly activities, scholarship and community outreach grants, sub-clubs and more.

The BCSC Club year runs from June 1- May 31. The cost of club dues is $20 for the full year. After January 1, Club dues are prorated to $10 for the remainder of the Club year. Members are required to renew membership each year and pay the membership dues.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
For monthly functions, members are required to RSVP for themselves, as well as guests, no later than 48 hours prior to the event/ luncheon. Anyone eligible for membership, per BCSC Constitution Article IV Section C, may attend one function during the club year as a guest and will thereafter be required to join and pay dues in order to participate. If a member or a member’s guest is for any reason unable to attend, said member must cancel within the cancellation period for the event/luncheon. If the member does not cancel, the member will be required to pay the fee for the event/luncheon in full, as well as the fee for a guest under the member’s name.

To pay for your membership, click "I Agree". You will be directed to the BCSC Store. Add "Annual Membership Dues" to your cart to complete your registration through PayPal. If you would like to make other arrangements, please email membership@bavariacsc.com.
