Cancellation Policy: If a member (or a member's guest) needs to cancel a reservation for any reason, the member must cancel before the reservation deadline in order to be issued a refund. Please note that refunds issued for payments made via PayPal will have a deduction of the total cost to cover transaction fees. Any cancellation made after the RSVP deadline will be non-refundable. However, members can request to transfer their ticket to another guest after the deadline has passed.
