Luncheon Policies
Please review the current garrison and host nation regulations at the day of the event to see if you need to wear a mask.
For all luncheons, members are required to sign up for themselves, as well as their guests, no later than the RSVP deadline indicated on the event page. Anyone eligible for membership, per BCSC Constitution Article IV Section C, may only attend one function during the club year as a guest.
Cancellation Policy: If a member (or a member´s guest) needs to cancel a reservation for any reason, the members must cancel before the published cancellation deadline in order to receive a refund. Please note that refunds issued for payments made via PayPal will have a deduction of the total cost to cover transaction fees. Any cancellation made after the cancellation deadline will be non-refundable. However, members can request to transfer their ticket to another guest after the deadline has passed. No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show. . Please email reservations@bavariacsc.com if you need to cancel.
