President - Birgit Hayhurst
I was born and raised in Bavaria before life took me to all kinds of interesting and beautiful places. Being back in Bavaria for our 4th year now I enjoy showing my three little ones where their family roots are.
After two years as the Treasurer I am currently serving as the President of the Bavaria Community and Spouses´ Club. Covid definitely made it challenging to connect with other spouses over the course of the last year, so I am looking forward to - hopefully - a bit more "normal" and some fun community events for the upcoming Board Year!

Vice President - Mark Gerdelman
I am a CPA with 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. My wife, Rebecca, is the Commander of the 405th AFSBn Germany on Rose Barracks. We have been together for 9+ years and married for 6 years. My hobbies include woodworking, cooking, cigars, and video games. My wife and I have a son, Ben, who is 4. We live in Netzaberg and enjoy living in Bavaria.
Mark currently is the bookkeeper for the BCSC Thrift Shops.

I have spent the last 4 years in Germany, first in Hohenfels and now at Grafenwohr. My family loves living in Bavaria and is very excited to start traveling again soon! I enjoy volunteering with Spouses’ club. It is fun to meet new people and give back to the local community.
I previously served as the 1stVice President and Publicity Chair at the Spouses' Club of Lewis McChord, as the 1st Vice President and Webmaster at the Hohenfels Community and Spouses' Club and am currently the Reservations Chair for the Bavaria Community and Spouses´ Club.

I’m originally from Virginia, but moved to Florida in January of 2019, a month after graduating college with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. I married my high school sweetheart in November of 2019, and we moved here to Bavaria in December of 2020. I previously completed volunteer work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest FL, and am excited to continue being a part of our community here in Germany, and more specifically the spouses club!

Luncheons Chair - Rebeca Caunday-Jacobsen
My name is Rebeca Caunday-Jacobsen. I have lived and traveled all over the world and the United States as both a Military Spouse and a Soldier in the U.S. Army. I have been located in Germany for the past 4 years and blessed with a few more years. When I am not working on my furthering my own education, I volunteer with a number of Private Organizations located in Grafenwoehr and throughout Europe. I am also a proud mom of two children, my son who is in Elementary School and my fur child.

Originally from Texas we are currently on our second tour in Grafenwöhr/Vilseck. My family and I enjoy our time here and try to travel as much as we can.
I was a volunteer with the Bavaria Community and Spouses´ Club during our first tour in Germany already. During our current tour I filled the position of the Property Chair and am currently serving as the Thrift Shop Liaison.
