Fundraising at the Crown Jewel Bazaar.The Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club is offering fundraising opportunities to Tower and Rose Barracks private organizations and SFRGs during the 2025 Bazaar on November 14-16 at the Rose Barracks Multipurpose Conference Center.
Food is allowed to be sold this year when fundraising. No food trucks will be on premises for the 2025 Bazaar. Cost: $25 deposit per time slot. Concessions will be approved on a first come/first serve basis. All concession booths will need to pay a $25 non-refundable reservation fee for your spot. Tents cannot exceed 10 x 10 dimensions. Applicant's must choose a time slot from the options within this form. There are 12 spots available per day (3 spots per shift). Booth/table locations will be outside at the Exit of the Bazaar building. Organizations are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and chairs. There are a variety of concession options and shifts available. The last shift of the day MUST be torn down no less than 45 minutes after their shift. All volunteers providing food concessions MUST have their Food Handlers Certificates/Cards on-hand during the Bazaar. A Bazaar volunteer will check for valid Food Handler training. Fundraising Regulations Private Organizations and Unit SFRGs are responsible for completing the proper documentation to follow base regulations and must receive fundraising approval through the required proper channels. The Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club does not have the authority to approve fundraising requests on Tower or Rose Barracks. If your fundraising request does not get approved by the proper channels, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your time slot and open to another organization. *Private organizations must be Garrison approved and in good standing with MWR. You must be affiliated with an organization or unit to apply. Individuals will not be considered for a concession opportunity. Volunteers must be 18 and up! At least one person at every booth MUST have a valid U.S. Army Health Center Europe Food Handlers Certification at all times. No exceptions. Make sure application and availability are discussed beforehand with your group. *PLEASE NOTE: due to safety and liability, only adults may participate. Please note that concessions will be outside and this is a rain or shine event. If you need a power source you will need to provide your own generator. The building power supply will be overloaded if we plug in to the main power source there. |
