"Bright Eyes" is the BCSC´s newest Community Outreach Project! Qualifying children (infant - 12th grade students) of active duty military will receive up to $100 credit after the purchase of prescription eyeglasses from AAFES, Host Nation Optical Shops and reputable online retailers.

All dependents of Active Duty Service members, infant up to 12th grade students.
Sponsor and family members must be assigned to and live within the Grafenwoehr and Vilseck community.
Dependents must be screened and families must receive no more than $4,500 per month in Total Family Income (TFI) as defined by the CDC guidelines.
Dependents or their family members do not have to be members of the BCSC to participate.
Dependents can only receive one credit through the “Bright Eyes” Program within the current school year (the school year ends on the last day of school for students per DoDEA).
The applicant will turn in an application form within thirty (30) days of purchase, including all required documentation.
Credits are available until funds are exhausted; the BCSC reserves the right to deny incomplete or late applications.
