BAVARIA COMMUNITY AND SPOUSES' CLUB POLICY & REGULATIONS
In accordance with Army Regulations 340-21, members authorize publication of their name, address, phone number, email address, and spouse’s name in the Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club ("BCSC") roster and/or newsletter. I hereby grant BCSC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I acknowledge that it is my right and responsibility to read the BCSC Constitution and Bylaws, which are available to me on the BCSC website or by contacting the Club Secretary.
By becoming a member, I will have membership privileges for the Bavaria Community and Spouses Club. I will receive a
monthly newsletter with information about BCSC’s monthly activities, scholarship and community outreach grants, sub-clubs and more.
The BCSC Club year runs from June 1- May 31. The cost of club dues is $25 for the full year. Members are required to renew membership each year and pay the membership dues.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For monthly functions, members are required to RSVP for themselves, as well as guests, no later than 48 hours prior to the event/ luncheon. Anyone eligible for membership, per BCSC Constitution Article IV Section C, may attend one function during the club year as a guest and will thereafter be required to join and pay dues in order to participate. If a member or a member’s guest is for any reason unable to attend, said member must cancel within the cancellation period for the event/luncheon. If the member does not cancel, the member will be required to pay the fee for the event/luncheon in full, as well as the fee for a guest under the member’s name.
