Event Policies
For all events, members are required to sign up for themselves, as well as their guests, no later than the RSVP deadline indicated on the event page. Anyone eligible for membership, per BCSC Constitution Article IV Section C, may only attend one function during the club year as a guest.
Cancellation Policy: If a member (or a member's guest) needs to cancel a reservation for any reason, the member must cancel before the reservation deadline in order to be issued a refund. Please note that refunds issued for payments made via PayPal will have a deduction of the total cost to cover transaction fees. Any cancellation made after the RSVP deadline will be non-refundable. However, members can request to transfer their ticket to another guest after the deadline has passed. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation after the RSVP deadline, the member must pay the event fee (as well as the fee for a guest under the member's name who will not attend). In case the BCSC needs to cancel an event per Garrison guidance payments will be applied towards future BCSC events within the current board year (June 1 to May 31), unless the member specifically requests a refund.
