We ask that all vendors donate an item to our Opportunity Drawing.
The Bavaria Community and Spouses Club (BCSC) invites all authorized ID Card Holders with both SOFA and HBB status to participate in the Spring Market as a vendor. Following your submission of this application and payment, please email proof of HBB-approved status to

Vendors must make or personalize their items and only three (3) vendors who make similar items will be allowed to participate to ensure variety (i.e., three jewelry makers, three sign makers, etc.). In addition, limited commercial vendors will be allowed, on a first come first serve basis, with only one vendor space per company available (i.e., Scentsy, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc). Your approval will depend on when your application was submitted and payment made. Vendor approval is also at the discretion of the BCSC Spring Market Committee. Please be very specific in your application. If you bring something to sell that someone else was approved for, we will ask you to take it off your table. Please note that you must cancel at least 10 days prior to the event to receive a refund.
