Please note the following:
- Within 5 business days (M-F) of submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 business days, please email bazaar@bavariacsc.com.
- This application does not guarantee that you will receive all spaces requested. The Bazaar Committee will however, make every effort to accommodate your wishes. Maximum space per vendor is 36m².
- All vendors will be notified via email after 5 September 2023. You will receive an email, notifying whether you have been selected, placed on the wait list, or a regret email. You will receive further instructions and contact information at that time.
If selected to participate in the 2023 Crown Jewel Bazaar, the following will be required:
- Payment (via EFT or Check) in Euros is due no later than 18 September 2023. Receipt of payment will secure your reservation. If we have not received payment, we will begin offering spaces to those on the wait list. Please note: space fees are not refundable. Cash payments will not be accepted.
- All additional required information must be provided via our website no later than 18 September, 2023. A link will be provided to you in your acceptance email. Information needed includes:
- Name, birthdate, passport number and country of origin for each person planning to attend on behalf of your company. (Or Name and Installation Pass holder/ US ID card holder information, if applicable.)
- Statement of Good Conduct (Führungszeugnis) for each person planning to attend on behalf of your company (dated no earlier than October 16, 2022).
- Make, model, and license plate number of all vehicles and trailers you plan to bring on post.
- Copy of your business license and business insurance certificate.
- Price list of all merchandise you have been permitted to sell (in US dollars).

- Ribbon Cutting Ceremony: 1000
- Shopping: 1000-1900
- Saturday, 14 October
- Shopping: 1000-1900
- Sunday, 15 October
- Shopping: 1000-1600
- Vendor Check-out/ Clearing: 1600-2000
