Dear Community Organization,
Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s holiday gift wrapping at the Grafenwoehr Exchange! The Bavaria Community and Spouses’ Club (BCSC) is excited to be partnering with the Grafenwoehr Exchange to make this year’s wrapping successful for all involved.
There will be two shifts per day, 1000 - 1400 and 1400 - 1800 from Black Friday to Christmas Eve. Each organization will be allowed up to two shifts.
Due to the high interest in this fundraising event, slots will be assigned via a lottery that will be held on November 7th on the upper level of the food court at the Grafenwöhr (Tower Barracks) Exchange.
The below form will act as your RSVP and enter your organization into the lottery. Sign ups will close on November 6th, 2022 to allow time to prepare for the lottery.
Please review all of the rules and expectations before signing up for a shift (maximum 2 shifts per organization).
